a new-tab planner that shapes work, food, movement and rest around the four phases of a cycle

end goal → help you plan each day around the energy your cycle actually gives you

The problem

Planning apps assume every week is the same week. For people with a cycle it is not: energy, appetite and patience move in four phases, and a plan that ignores them just generates guilt.

What I built

A browser extension. Three questions in the toolbar popup (when your last period started, how long your cycle usually runs, how long your period lasts), and from then on a new-tab page that knows which phase you are in and shapes one gentle suggestion each for work, food, movement and rest. The voice is warm, never clinical: guidance that reads like a friend who gets it, not a medical app.

  • Private by design. Cycle data stays in the extension's storage on your device. There is no account and no server, so there is nothing to breach.
  • One glance a morning. The new tab shows the phase, the day and the single thing worth focusing on.
  • A monorepo shaped for a second surface: the extension and the landing page share a core package of phase logic and a ui package, with Playwright end-to-end tests over both.
  • A brand before a backlog. The wordmark, palette and tagline ("love every phase") were settled first, so every screen after had something to be consistent with.

Where it stands

More than 1,200 people are on the waitlist, and the extension has been submitted to the Chrome Web Store for publication.
